At QIX Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your deck, trucks, or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Check Eligibility
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and decks still in their shrink wrap.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team or visit our online portal with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include your receipt, and affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
